Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 2 pounds stew beef or substitute boned, skinless chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups peas fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed Golden Mushroom Soup plus 1/2 can water
  • 2 to 3 potatoes sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a roasting pan.
  3. Bake for about 5 hours.
  4. Serve hot.
