Method
- Combine the frozen watermelon chunks, water, lime juice, and optional sugar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker slush, use less water. You can also add a few ice cubes if your watermelon is not completely frozen.
