Watermelon Slush

A refreshing watermelon slush recipe perfect for hot days.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, to taste

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon chunks, water, lime juice, and optional sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker slush, use less water. You can also add a few ice cubes if your watermelon is not completely frozen.
