Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, toss the sliced peaches with melted butter and brown sugar. Set aside.
- Place the wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sugared peach slices on top of the brie.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans with honey and a pinch of salt until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the peaches and brie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty and the peaches are tender.
- Serve immediately with sliced baguette.
Notes
You can substitute other stone fruits like nectarines or plums if peaches are not in season.
