Ingredients
  

For the Peaches
  • 2 large peaches ripe, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
For the Brie
  • 1 wheel brie cheese about 8 ounces
For the Pecans
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
For Serving
  • 1 bag baguette sliced

  • Small saucepan

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, toss the sliced peaches with melted butter and brown sugar. Set aside.
  3. Place the wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the sugared peach slices on top of the brie.
  5. In a small saucepan over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans with honey and a pinch of salt until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the peaches and brie.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty and the peaches are tender.
  8. Serve immediately with sliced baguette.

Notes

You can substitute other stone fruits like nectarines or plums if peaches are not in season.
