Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or to taste
For the Peach Crisp Topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the chopped peaches, pecans or walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon the peach crisp topping mixture over the oat mixture in the jar.
  4. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving. Enjoy cold.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If using frozen peaches, you can thaw them slightly before adding.
