Method
- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the chopped peaches, pecans or walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spoon the peach crisp topping mixture over the oat mixture in the jar.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Stir before serving. Enjoy cold.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If using frozen peaches, you can thaw them slightly before adding.
