- Arrange the burrata balls on a serving platter. Scatter the sliced peaches around the burrata.
- Tuck the torn basil leaves and prosciutto slices among the peaches and burrata.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the platter.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute nectarines or plums for the peaches if desired. For a touch of crunch, add a handful of toasted pine nuts.
