Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 burrata balls drained
  • 3 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Arrange the burrata balls on a serving platter. Scatter the sliced peaches around the burrata.
  2. Tuck the torn basil leaves and prosciutto slices among the peaches and burrata.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the platter.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute nectarines or plums for the peaches if desired. For a touch of crunch, add a handful of toasted pine nuts.
