Honey Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

  • bowl
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is best served hot off the grill. You can serve it as is, or over rice or with a side salad.
