- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Wipe the portobello mushrooms clean with a damp cloth. Place the mushrooms, gill-side up, in a shallow dish or on a baking sheet.
- Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the marinated mushrooms directly on the preheated grill grates, gill-side down first.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
