Total Time 4 hours 15 minutes
Servings: 12 popsicles
Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle Molds

Method

  1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your berries. For a layered effect, freeze each layer separately before adding the next.
