Easy Watermelon Sorbet

This recipe makes a refreshing watermelon sorbet with just a few ingredients. It's a simple and quick way to enjoy a frozen treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste

  • Freezer-safe container

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and optional sweetener in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
  3. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. Serve scoops of the sorbet as is, or let it soften slightly for a smoother consistency.

Notes

For a firmer sorbet, you can freeze the blended mixture for an additional hour before serving. If you don't have a high-powered blender, you may need to blend in batches.
