  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 small onion sliced and separated into rings

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • to taste pepper

Equipment

  • Baking pan
  • Foil

Method

  1. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil and grease it lightly. Place the salmon fillet skin side down on the foil.
  2. Sprinkle the salmon with lemon pepper seasoning and onion salt. Top with the sliced onion and lemon slices. Dot with butter.
  3. Fold the foil around the salmon and seal it tightly.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Carefully open the foil, allowing steam to escape.

  6. Meanwhile, combine all the dill sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Serve the sauce with the salmon.
