- Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil and grease it lightly. Place the salmon fillet skin side down on the foil.
- Sprinkle the salmon with lemon pepper seasoning and onion salt. Top with the sliced onion and lemon slices. Dot with butter.
- Fold the foil around the salmon and seal it tightly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Carefully open the foil, allowing steam to escape.
- Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine all the dill sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Serve the sauce with the salmon.
