Method
- Place the chicken pieces in your crock pot. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the crock pot with the chicken. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for another 30 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
- While the sauce is heating, cook your pasta according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the crock pot. Stir to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference. If you prefer a thinner sauce, you can add a little more chicken broth or heavy cream.
