- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the garlic butter. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined.
- Add the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly into the centers of each of the 4 tortillas.
- Fold in the top and bottom of one tortilla, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Brush the garlic butter evenly on the outside of each wrap.
- Place a large non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
