Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce any kind
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 ounce sliced pepperoni

  • Oven-safe single-serve container

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  2. Place the cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix to combine. Transfer to an oven-safe single-serve container.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
  4. Bake at 425℉ for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.

Notes

You can add ΒΌ cup of vegetables to this recipe in step 2. Minced bell pepper and onions work well. Marinara sauce can be used in place of pizza sauce.
