  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Set your air fryer to 350°F.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between them for even cooking.
  4. Put the basket into the air fryer and close it. Start the air fryer and cook for 18-22 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs at the 10-minute mark and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  6. Use a meat thermometer to check that the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165°F.
